Do I need a finance team to use FyzeFleet?
No. Your company can choose manager authorization. If you prefer separate approval, another approver or admin reviews each repair estimate.
Will I be charged after the free trial?
Not unless you subscribe. You can start without a card. If you voluntarily add payment details and confirm a subscription, automatic billing begins on the date shown at checkout. You can cancel through billing settings.
Can my drivers use it on their phones?
Yes. FyzeFleet is a mobile-friendly web app. Drivers can capture reports offline after an initial online login. Managers see those reports after synchronization.
Is this a GPS tracker?
No. FyzeFleet focuses on maintenance, repairs, availability and costs. Mileage, fuel and workshop updates are entered by your team.
What happens to my existing spreadsheet?
Use the CSV template to import vehicles and service baselines. Review validation results before saving. Historical fuel and repair records are entered manually.
